Kepler eating out of Mal's hand was really cute 🥺 I would have LOVED to see the reactions of the people disappointed when you said that it was 'just rootbeer' and not 64 entire ounces of alcohol. But also, goddamnit Stephen you should've lied and impressed the hell out of them by casually chugging down what they would think is instead 64 oz of, idk, fizzled out Guinness maybe. 😂

Man... I hope that if you go to the vet, they don't just tell you "well, he's a cat, he's on meds that affect his circulation to a degree, he just doesn't feel like eating." Happened to a friend of mine and her cat ended up being quite ill and the vet didn't really care :

A few weeks ago I stopped at McDonalds for a coffee. I normally just order at the drive thru but this time I decided to try the app. When I went to customize my order I noticed that you can ask for up to 20 PUMPS OF CARAMEL. Naturally, I thought this was absurd and that nobody should try that... so I did. It did not end as well for me as the root beer did for you.
The moral of the story is that sometimes it's okay to let the intrusive thoughts win, whether they're yours or Chaz's.
I LOVE root beer. One of my favorite foods to go with it is fried chicken.
Re: Keppy food, my aunt and uncle have some older cats that struggle to eat, and their emergency food is chicken baby food for humans. It’s an alternative to canned tuna
I used to work at a place that offered root beer on tap and also offered 32 and 64 oz of things, usually kombucha or cold brew. We had jugs for that so idk what they’re doing lol. If someone had asked me for a 64 oz root beer I’d have been like heck yeah! But doing this means you run out of stuff REAL quick
I love root beer on tap (it's so smooth and creamy!), but I don't think I could drink 1 stein that's the size of my head, let alone 2 of them.
I remember reading about root beer as a child in Peanuts strips and wondering what it was. On my first trip to America in 1992 I tried it, only to find it tastes exactly like Germolene. Garak and Quark were right.
It's very unfortunate that something that tastes good to us Americans tastes like medicine to those across the pond :(

64 fl oz is just 3.7 fl oz short of a 2 liter bottle of root beer. also who cares, let them be disappointed. your drinking something that actually tastes good, they want to drink something that tastes like fermented piss.
VERY glad to see Keppy eating more now! However, question/concern: Do you think feeding him by hand, just to make sure he's eating enough, will condition him to ONLY eat out of your hands, and refuse to eat from a dish? Just one of the things I think about. Again, more than anything, glad to see his desire to eat come back more!

Does anyone else feel like even *Stephen* knows nobody is buying it when he tries to “justify” his portion size at the beginning of the video? Even the “normal” size seems pretty big. I think most would eat half the “normal” sized portions.
